Happy Hardcore: A Ravers/Producer/DJ View Point
With the advent of the computer, dance music has become a more accepted and
and common place form of music in todays society. The most popular forms of electronic music
are House and Drum & Bass, each atracting various types of people. One problem with the scences
of current are the commercialisation and slagging off of other forms of dance music, such is the
problem with Happy Hardcore and Hardcore scene over all. Too many people decide to criticise the music
for being too fast and too cheesy, and just not well produced. That is total bullshite, if these people
were to sit down and listen to the music and visit the raves, they come to understand that the hardcore
scene is the freshest, and has the most talented producers of any form of music. I declare with pride
that I love the sound of hardcore music, trance-core, freeform, happy hardcore, oldskool, what ever
the music itself does not deserve to be slagged off. Hardcore music is the past, present and future
of the raving community. None of this commercial House shite, hardcore is rough, hard, fast and with
with an attitude that's not unfriendly, but of a small community of people who understand what it means
to be human and have f***ing good time!
